Second Systems, Inc. began operation in 1983 as one of the first quality used office furniture dealerships in the country with customer service and design always at the forefront of every project. RECONFIGURATION AND RELOCATION SERVICE

Preparing for an office move can be daunting and overwhelming alone without adding the furniture to the mix. Second Systems, Inc. is your solution for making the furniture move or relocation process smooth and effortless through our extensive team and knowledge to make sure your existing furniture will it in the new space and providing a design to assist in the process. Often the existing workstation configuration is not suited for the new office space, so with our reconfiguration service we can assist with reusing what you have and if the product is still being produced supplement to keep budget in mind. Often times certain furniture items may not fit in the new space, so we can supplement new items to still achieve the cohesive look while providing the service needed to ensure proper fit.

Second Systems, Inc. take great pride and is our passion to keep as much out of the landfills as possible, which is what started the company over 30 years ago.

 

Our mission has always been trying to resell existing office furniture that no longer fits the needs and purpose of the current occupant. Today the clients current market trends and need is to have minimal storage, modern finishes, smaller footprints with in a smaller office space, and the need for adjustable furniture. If the furniture cannot be resold due to it being deemed too old, condition is poor, colors are not ideal for the current market trend, or designed to odd to resell, then we work directly with our long-standing partnerships to see if we can first donate and recycle as much as we can to reduce as much out of the landfill.

 

We have different service options to offer depending on the colors, quantity of items for total project volume, age, condition etc. so please email pictures of the furniture to info@secondsystems.com , provide an installation layout and a list of items, so we can assess what direction makes the most sense for what you have.

Based on the current market trends, we are looking to acquire and purchase 7 years or newer commercial office furniture for workstations, private office desks, task, seating, guest seating, lounge seating, conference room table and chairs, training rooms, break rooms, and so much more all matching and in great as is conditions.

 

We are only looking to purchase, Steelcase, Knoll, Haworth, Herman Miller or quality commercial grade office furniture as quality is what we have built our business on and we will not compromise on that.

DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION SERVICES

Second Systems, Inc. has over 30 years of industry knowledge when it comes to the delivery and installation portion of our projects. Our team of professional installers takes great pride in making sure the product whether it is second hand or new is all accounted for, in excellent condition, and ready to go for delivery. With the proper loading of the trucks, we minimize damage in transit to the jobsite reducing down time upon installation to keep the project moving forward towards the completion date. No matter the project size, our team works hard to make sure each project is completed on time and on budget.

In addition to providing and designing your commercial or industrial office space, we now offer a new service where we assist and select all the space finishes for your project as well to make sure we blend the space and furniture finish selections together seamlessly. We work directly with all trade vendors for flooring, paint, electric and low voltage contractors, cabinet providers for the bathrooms and kitchen, handles, faucets, bathroom stall colors and so much more to provide the full solution for your needs.
